Round Island Lighthouse
We have not been to this lighthouse. Mike Shaw, a friend
from the Atlanta GA area went on a tour of Lake Michigan and,
knowing our fondness for lighthouses, sent us pictures of those he
visited. Round Island is just off the southern tip of Mackinac
Island. It is actually on the western end of Lake Huron near
where you enter Lake Michigan. He sent us this picture.
The shorter light in the background is the older light. The
taller one in the foreground is the newer one.
