I was first contacted by
Vince on on March 23, 2023. This FG-360 would be the 100th
Japanese built unit and number 162 overall that we know of. My 5 digit FG-360 looks like 31226 not sure about the 6. So Dec. 26, 1973 ? I’ll send photos if you would like. I bought it new Dec. 1974 at a discount media store called Swallons here in Columbus OH. I still have the sales reset in the case. I’m one of those guys that picks up guitar every 20+ years and practice. At my age I haven’t given it up in the last 2 years. Yes I love it. I have several more Yamaha’s I have bought in the last couple years along with couple Seagull’s. Two of the best acoustic guitars made. Just my opinion. Vince Our thanks to Vince for contacting us.
